By using webglo.org or purchasing our services you agree to these terms. Every statement of work may include additional details that build on this baseline.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing our site or engaging WebGlo means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

We provide custom web design, development, e-commerce builds, marketing, SEO, branding, hosting, AI/automation, and strategic consulting. Each engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement detailing scope, pricing, and deliverables.

3. License to Use Materials on the Site

You may temporarily download one copy of publicly available materials for personal, non-commercial viewing. You cannot modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove notices from any of the materials.

4. Project & Payment Terms

Project agreements

Every project-level agreement specifies:

  • Deliverables and success metrics
  • Milestones, deadlines, and review cadences
  • Payment schedule and invoicing steps
  • Intellectual property ownership
  • Revision allowances and acceptance criteria

Payment

  • Standard projects require a 50% deposit with the balance due at delivery
  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance; late payments may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

  • $297 due at the time of order
  • 48-hour delivery guarantee (after assets received) or full refund
  • Free cancellation within four hours if work has not started
  • Includes one revision; extras cost $97 each
  • Refund eligibility follows our Refunds Policy

Cancellation & Refunds for Other Work

  • Monthly retainers can be canceled with 30 days written notice (no partial-month refunds)
  • Deposits on project work become non-refundable once we begin production
  • If you cancel mid-project, you are responsible for work completed to date and any non-recoverable expenses

5. Guarantees

  • Landing Page Express delivery timeline guarantee as described above
  • Mobile-responsive, accessible builds that meet modern browser standards
  • Delivery of the exact functionality and scope outlined in the agreement

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to supply feedback, assets, approvals, and payments on time, and to confirm they have the right to use any materials they provide.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment you own the custom design, copy, and functionality specific to your project. WebGlo retains ownership of internal tools, reusable libraries, know-how, and the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.

9. Disclaimers & Accuracy

Services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties. We strive for accuracy but may update materials without notice if something is outdated or incorrect.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their content and you use them at your own risk.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice (30 days for retainers). Immediate termination is allowed for breach or non-payment. Completed work will be delivered and outstanding balances must be paid through the termination date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms follow the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Parties agree to resolve disputes through direct conversation, then mediation, then binding arbitration if needed.
