How WebGlo handles returns for digital products, templates, and professional services.

We do not ship physical goods. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for digital downloads, templates, and service engagements.

1. Scope & Relationship to Other Policies

  • Applies to standalone digital assets (templates, widgets, design elements) and professional services
  • References our Refunds Policy and Terms of Service; those documents control if conflicting language exists

2. Digital Products & Licensing

  • Upon purchase you receive immediate electronic delivery and a non-exclusive license defined on the product page (single- or multi-use)
  • You may modify assets for your own permitted use but cannot resell, sublicense, or redistribute them unless explicitly allowed
  • Intellectual property remains with WebGlo or the original rights holder

3. Returns & Refunds for Digital Goods

Digital downloads are generally non-returnable once accessed. We may issue refunds when:

  • Duplicate purchases occur
  • A link fails and we cannot deliver a working file after troubleshooting
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are verified
  • You report an accidental purchase before downloading/accessing the asset All other situations defer to the Refunds Policy.

4. Delivery & Access

  • Files are delivered via download link or email immediately after payment
  • We log access attempts to help troubleshoot support cases
  • If you lose access, email support and we can reissue files after verifying ownership

5. Services & Custom Work

  • Revisions are the first line of support for any service deliverable
  • Landing Page Express follows the guarantees described in the Refunds Policy
  • Project and retainer cancellations, notice periods, and billing rules live in the Terms of Service

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. Direct communication is the fastest way to correct billing errors, resend files, or confirm timelines.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as we roll out new products or adapt to marketplace requirements. The “Last updated” line above reflects the most recent version.
