- All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved

2. Landing Page Express
Automatic refund scenarios
- Missed delivery deadline: If we fail to deliver the completed landing page within 48 hours of confirming assets, you are eligible for a full refund of $297
- Early cancellation: Cancel within four hours of purchase (before production starts) for a full refund
Eligibility considerations
- Work typically begins within four hours; after that point, refunds are limited to the delivery guarantee or unresolved quality issues
- Each order includes one revision. Please complete that revision cycle before requesting a refund unless we missed the delivery window
- Additional revisions are available for $97 each when you need more iterations
3. How to Request a Refund

- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; we’ll send confirmation once initiated
4. Project Work & Monthly Services
- Monthly retainers: Require 30 days written notice to cancel; partial-month refunds are not available
- Project-based work: Deposits become non-refundable after we start production. If you cancel mid-project, you owe for work completed to date (based on milestones or hourly rates)
- Quality concerns: We prioritize revisions and collaborative fixes before issuing refunds. If we cannot meet agreed-upon requirements, we will offer a partial refund proportional to incomplete scope
5. Digital Products & Assets
- Immediate digital downloads are generally non-returnable once accessed
- Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate purchases, non-delivery, technical issues we cannot resolve, or confirmed fraudulent transactions
6. Quality Guarantee
We commit to professional design, mobile responsiveness, accessibility best practices, and working functionality that matches the approved scope. If something falls short, we fix it. If we cannot, we evaluate refund or credit options per this policy.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it collaboratively. Our Terms of Service outline dispute escalation paths, including mediation and arbitration when necessary.
